I travel to mess with the algorithm — mine, mostly. Along the way, I meet people, take photos of questionable merit, and try to leave places a little better than I found them. Curiosity, connection, and whatever happens when you don’t overplan.

The best way I know to give back is by showing up — whether it’s volunteering or mentoring. I don’t have all the answers; I’ve just made enough mistakes to be mildly useful. If a few coffee-fueled chats can help someone steer clear of the same faceplants, I’m in. No big mission. Just paying it forward, one awkward question at a time.
